Do my new sunglasses come with a warranty?
They sure do! All manufacturers cover their sunglasses for faulty workmanship. Some warranties are longer than others with most being 12 months against manufacturer faults, not accidental damage. If your unsure, we're more than happy to explain the warranty periods for each brand.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive in one piece. If your order arrives and something is not quite right please contact us at your earliest convenience. 

If you're not happy with the style you have ordered or the sunglasses don't fit as expected, please download the 'Return Authorisation Form' and notify us ASAP. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your sunglasses for exchange, credit note or refund. 

If you are returning your sunglasses please read and follow the below instructions.

Sunglasses must be returned unused and be in the original packaging with all manufacturer tags and labels attached.

All sunglasses are inspected on return and no exchanges are processed unless the product is in its original condition.

We will cover the shipping within Australia for your first exchange, if you wish to exchange again a postage fee will apply each time.

Is your site safe to shop on?
It sure is! We are small Australian business. When you call or email you will speak to our Australian-based team who will do their best to answer all your questions and get your sunglasses out to you as quickly as possible. 

We accept Pay Pay and Bank Deposit at this time.  PayPal which is one of the most secure ways to shop on the internet, you can use your secure Pay Pal account or use your credit card to pay via Pay Pal.

What do my sunglasses come with?
All sunglasses come in their original packaging as they would if you purchased them in a retail store. 

What's the go with postage?
We use Australia Post to ship all orders. Your sunglasses will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment. All orders over $99 are freighted to you free of charge with insurance and can be tracked for peace of mind. For purchases under $99, we charge a flat rate of $12.95 to anywhere in Australia and $25 international to the following countries. New Zealand, UK, USA and most parts of Europe.
